3rd ANNUAL COACH DEENI RIDDLE MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT
On May 16, 2009, FUN AND FREEDOM conducted the Third Annual
“Coach Deeni Riddle ‘3 on 3’ Youth Basketball Memorial Tournament”
under the direction of Coach Kathy Kotlinski.
Teams in two divisions (3rd
– 5th & 6th – 8th) competed and
enjoyed a fun, fast paced time of “3 on 3” play. Each player
received a Gift Bag, Tournament T-Shirt, Lunch, and won various
door prizes which included Pittsburgh Pirates Tickets, autographed
footballs from Pittsburgh Steeler’s Quarterback Charlie Batch and
the Pitt Football Team as well as gifts from Local Businesses.

VOLLEYBALL SKILLS CLINIC
In May 2009 FUN AND FREEDOM conducted a Volleyball Skills Clinic
(for boys and girls 4th – 6th grades) under
the direction of Coach Edie Koleno. Participants received
instruction in: Serving, Setting and Passing and played fun
volleyball lead-up games.

WINTER
BASKETBALL SKILLS CLINIC
In February 2009 FUN AND FREEDOM conducted a Basketball Skills
Clinic (for boys and girls 2nd – 5th
grades) under the direction of Coach Jeannine McCutcheon.
Participants received instruction in: Ball Handling;
Lay-ups, Rebounds, and Defense.
